Editorial
The eleventh issue of the journal Intellector arrives at the reader with a diversity of interesting subjects. From the Universidad de Rosa'rio (Argentina) we have the contribution of appraised researcher Robert Miranda. Miranda in his text A Responsabilidade na Tomada de deciso~es no Projeto de Inserc,a~o da Argentina no Mundo. Sua Participac,a~o em Conflitos Intraestatais - The responsibility of the taking of decisions in the project of insertion of Argentina in the world. Its participation in regional intrastate conflicts - approaches the impact of the economic crisis of 2001 (default) for the maintenance and insertion of Argentina in the international scene.
Manuel de Jesu's Rocha-Pino with his article La Organizacio'n de Cooperacio'n de Shangai tras las “Revoluciones de Colores” - The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation after the “Colour Revolutions”- analyses the dichotomy between the Russian and Chinese interests in the centre of organisation. From Brazil we have the contribution of Rita de Ca'ssia Biason of the UNESP/Franca with Novos Desafios no Combate a` Corrupc,a~o no Brasil - New Challenges in the Combat to the Corruption in Brazil. In her work the researcher analyses the new profile of corruption in Brazil and its transnationalisation.
About Bolivia we have another Argentine contribution. Victo'ria Zapata with the article Las Posibilidades de Integracio'n en El Escena'rio Latinoamericano: El Caso Boliviano - The Possibilities of Integration in the Latin American Scene: Bolivian Case. His article emphasises the use of the natural gas for the country as important resource for negotiation in the South America.
We finish the Journal with the Brazilian contribution of Patrician Nasser de Carvalho and Elo'i Martins Ladies with Das Unio~es Moneta'rias aos Dez Anos do EURO: um Tributo Histo'rico na antiga O'pera de Frankfurt - From Monetary Union to the Tenth Anniversary of Euro: A Historical Tribute in the Old Opera of Frankfurt. In the article the authors analyse the process of European monetary integration and its perspectives.
